Our Return Policy

Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. If 30 days have elapsed since your purchase, we regret to inform you that we cannot offer a full refund or exchange. This policy allows us to manage our inventory and provide you with the best possible service.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following criteria:
- Unused Condition: The item must be in its original, unused condition. This includes not having been worn, used, or altered in any way.
- Original Packaging: The item must be returned in its original packaging. This ensures that the product is returned in the same condition it was received, protecting it during transit.
- Same Condition: The item should be in the same condition as when it was received, without any damage or alterations. This includes any tags, labels, or accessories that came with the product.
Non-Returnable Items
Please note that the following items are not eligible for return:
- Items Not in Original Condition: Products that are not in their original condition, including those that have been damaged or altered, cannot be returned.
- Missing Parts: Items that are missing parts or accessories not due to our error are not eligible for return.
- Late Returns: Items returned more than 30 days after delivery are not eligible for return or exchange.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. Please allow up to 7 business days for the processing of your return. If your return is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Note that depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.
Exchanges
We only offer exchanges for items that are defective or damaged.
